Day: 2 post cat
Pushup Count: 115
Buenos dias a todos! This was a good week here in Bakersfield, nothing too crazy. Except a dead cat in our garage... But we'll get to that. Highlights:
- Last pday we play a game where we all got a couple of minutes to paint and then we rotated canvases. We got some pretty interesting results...

- Carter and Ammon came to visit us! They've been home for about nine months now

- We went to Tehachapi for district council and then I started exchanges with Elder Cederholm over Chipotle. We bought them gas and got a free pizza, and then Andrew came out with us for most of the day and we had a blast
- The next day we headed down to Santa Clarita and I had exchanges with Elder Suliafu. He's also super cool. We went to a youth volleyball game, taught a lesson with a crazy dog, and then he almost died on our run (but it wasn't my fault this time I promise)
- I got a weird juice thingy at yums and it was good but kinda tasted like dirt...
- I found someone to teach on Facebook
We had a 20 minute lesson on prayer over messenger. Technology is pretty cool

- We found out one of our friends' parents won't allow them to be baptized :( but that's okay we'll be patient :)
- We went to the temple! I took pictures of everyone, and we filled an entire endowment room in the second largest temple in the world

- I went on exchanges with Elder Ricks! We had three awesome lessons in a row and then got jamba juice.
- Okay time for the cat. I was praying right before leaving the house but was rudely interrupted by some crazy sounds coming from the garage. I thought someone was breaking in, so I paused the prayer and slowly opened the door. Turns out I had left the garage open all night, and that the sounds we were hearing were a cat dying in the corner... By the time we got off the phone with our housing coordinator it had died, so we threw it in a trash bag and he's on his way to the dump...
- We had dinner with Rigel and Orion and met their giant bloodhound Rusty
- Yesterday was Easter
we sang in the choir at church, went to a carne asada at Andrew's dad's house, and then had dinner with Aldair. It was a good one

Happy late Easter to everyone! Let me know if you did anything fun, love you!
Spiritual Thought
Have you ever thought about how life changing the information in John 20 (among other places in the Bible and Book of Mormon) is? If you haven't, go read it and reflect. He lives!
Mucho amor,
