Pushup Count: 205
Hey y'all how's it going? This week has been crazy and I forgot to journal during most of it, but we'll see what I remember. Highlights:
- Went to Cracker Barrel for the first time. Super mid.
- We went mini golfing
Unfortunately I had an off day and did not play well but it was fun anyways
Unfortunately I had an off day and did not play well but it was fun anyways- We taught a great lesson to Ryan, and then Tone and I lifted a giant dresser all the way through his house to his room and it was really heavy

- Lunch at Cafe Rio with the SA elders and President and Sister Burton was awesome as always. President got talking about oyster sauce and who knows what else and we were all super confused

- I made tamales on New Years while a couple elders stayed the night at our house. They did turn out as good as Christmas but now I know that butter is not a great shortening substitute in masa jaja
- We went to the baptism of the sisters' friend who is currently attending the Buena Vista ward... Which means I got to see a bunch of my favorite members

- Also, I got stuck playing the piano at the baptism, as usual

- We filled the supply orders for the whole mission... Yay
- We picked up the greenies and took them out for their first night. Elder Paxman's group got bashed right out the gate and they loved it

- We let one of the greenies submit the transfer board (el Elder Campbell estΓ‘ poder
)
) - Transfer day went smooth and it was great to see all the other awesome missionaries in this mission
- My trainer Elder Vasquez and one other missionary stayed the night with us and then we took them to the airport the next morning

- The hermanas I came out with went home

- We were super happy to set up a lesson with a Salvadorean woman just to show up the next day and find out that she's already a member
She told us that we had the best Spanish of any missionaries she's ever talked to. Definitely not true, but it made us feel good

- Met this dude named Nacho who let us in when I really needed to use the bathroom... Miraclessss
- We had an awesome evening devotional last night where we talked about all the people we've baptized and Jesus Christ
- Eggs are super expensive
Well that's it. Let me know if you have any questions. Love youuuu :)
Spiritual Thought
"Any two people can be perfect if one of them is Jesus Christ" (something like that)
Mucho amor,
