Day: officially spring?
Pushup Count: 262
Hola que tal? I realized this last week that most (if not all) of my email headers have been pretty negative, so I decided to change that
this week still had its ups and downs, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good. Highlights:
this week still had its ups and downs, but that doesn't mean it wasn't good. Highlights:- We saved the relief society zumba activity by bringing our giant speaker
- I made stuffed peppers and it took wayyyy longer than it should have - but they were good so it's okay

- We had some lit lessons with recent converts
- Some random dude in Vallarta said hi to us, and then he ended up talking to us for 30 minutes about the restoration

- We took my old comp out to proselyte so that he could get out of the office for a day (it was super weird
)
) - Talked to a guy about his guitar even tho he clearly did not want to talk about his guitar haha
- It rained and we saw some huge rainbows
- The Hermanas in the ward had a baptism

- We went to a lesson with someone who had been taught in the past and she told us she wants to get baptized
- I played the piano in sacrament meeting again - also the chorister told me that now she has a better pianist she can choose harder songs.... Sooo yeah she thinks I'm much better than I am and she's given me some crazy hymns

- We went to English class and listened to them teach that "though" and "dough" should be pronounced the same....
- Someone tried to say my name and it sounded like they were calling me something else....

- All of our lessons fell through yesterday

Yep, a good average week of missionary work. Lots of studying and trying to teach. Let me know how things are going for all of you, I love hearing it, even if you think it's boring :)
Spiritual Thought
If you haven't heard or read Elder Uchtdorf's talk about the ugly duckling ("The Reflection in the Water" on the church website, there's also a video on the gospel library app), go look at it. It's super good and it reminds us of something super important - that we are each a child of God that He loves and that He will never forget, and that we shouldn't forget that.
¡Te vas por la sombrita!
